Local Discussion Forums
- Listed by Region / County / City

NC-Politics provides a FREE service to political candidates and voters for the online creation and display of local discussion forums on our portal.

Here you will find forum listings that have been created down to various "levels" of specificity but generally following a format of "Region / County / City or Town" and then specific discussion listings.

Within Regions a specific forum(s) may be sponsored by a local (established and reputable) news / media or civic organization.    In these cases the local organization will provide a "Moderator" who will sponsor the discussion, post topics of interest, and monitor the discussion in a fair and un-biased manner. This service is offered in order to allow local input and guidance over the subjects that are of interest to the regional voters and candidates and enhance the usability and interest of the forum. Thus, there is no need for a local organizations to attempt to reproduce a political forum, whereas they may simply partner with us to bring these capabilities to the local audience. Any local(established and reputable) news / media or civic organization may contact us by email to discuss setting up such an arrangement.

Guest articles that are submitted for publication within the "Regional News" sections of this site may be posted in the Forum section in order to allow for input and interaction from readers, and to provide archival of the post for later retrieval and review.

General Usage Policy

All Posts to the Forum will be "Civil" - This is about engaging in an open democratic discussion for the enlightenment of the voting public.
Abusive or foul language and/or threats will NOT be tolerated: Any such posts (in the sole opinion of the moderator and/or NC-Politics.com) will be immediately terminated. There is no recourse if a post is terminated or deleted, its gone, got it, OK !

In order to post to the forum you must register and log-in (except for the original posting of a guest article submission - which will be done by the admin). Responding to posts will also require a registration and log-in. This is done to help reduce the amount of "commercial Forum SPAM" which is an unfortunate bi-product of creating a public forum. Any posting that is deemed to be "SPAM" (commercial, non-topical, etc.) will be removed. Multiple "SPAM" posting could be grounds for a specific registered individual to be banned from further postings.

Site Moderators, site Admin, site Editors, and Guests authors may also post subject threads, anyone may respond !

Articles / Posts / Submissions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. By posting on these pages (or submitting an article) the author thereby grants NC-Politics the non-revocable right to publish any or all of the posting content in perpetuity without regard to recompense.

Unless otherwise specified, NC-Politics is not associated with the individuals or organizations that may post (or the links) on these pages. The appearance for these posts (or the links) should not be interpreted as an endorsement of, or support for, these organization or their respective cause or opinions.

This space is offered in order to foster and facilitate the free exchange of ideas within the context of the political process. NC-Politics reserves the right to have final decision on the appearance (online posting) of these links or posts. NC-Politics may, (at its' sole discretion and without recourse), choose not to display links or posts for groups or causes that are deemed inappropriate.
